Child safety standards

This page sets out Siasa Digital’s publicly published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation. It also provides contact information for reporting safety concerns.

1. Commitment

Siasa Digital is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We do not tolerate any content, conduct, or use of our Services that involves the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of minors.

Our Services are intended for authorised adult users involved in campaign and election-monitoring operations. They are not directed to children.

2. Prohibited conduct

Users must not upload, share, store, request, or distribute:

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, or text depicting sexual content involving minors;
• content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers children;
• attempts to groom, solicit, or engage minors in harmful or sexual activity;
• links or instructions that facilitate CSAE or trafficking of children.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, removal of content, and referral to law enforcement or relevant authorities where appropriate.

3. Standards and practices

To support these standards, Siasa Digital:

• restricts the Services to authorised adult campaign and field users;
• reviews and acts on reports of prohibited content or conduct;
• may remove content, disable accounts, and preserve relevant records for investigation or legal compliance;
• cooperates with lawful requests from authorities related to child safety investigations, where required by applicable law;
• maintains internal processes to escalate and prioritise CSAE-related reports.

4. How to report a concern

If you encounter content or behaviour on Siasa Digital that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, report it immediately.

Email our safety contact at jocsoftsols@gmail.com with as much detail as you can safely provide (description, location in the product, relevant identifiers, and date/time).

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. You may also report CSAM to the appropriate national or international reporting channels in your jurisdiction.

6. Updates
